Refund Policy
Refund requests can only be handled in person at Gibtelecom’s Customer Service Centre
provided the full transaction credit is available. Customers are required to bring
the following information relating to the transaction:
• Transaction number
• Online Receipt
• Date & time of transaction
Gibtelecom aims to refund the full amount within 30 days. Any refund claims resulting
from erroneous entries of Wi-Fi plans will not be entertained.
